هذه الصفحة لتطبيق «ميزان» من «قروب التقنية الالكترونية». تستطيع حذف حساب ميزان وكل ما يخصه على سيرفرنا بإحدى طريقتين. حساب ميزان اختياري: إن كنت تستعمل التطبيق دون حساب فليس لك شيء على سيرفرنا، وبياناتك كلها على هاتفك (انظر بياناتك على الهاتف).
الطريقة الأولى: من التطبيق (فورًا)
افتح ميزان وادخل إلى حسابك.
اضغط الإعدادات ثم الحساب والأجهزة.
اضغط حذف حساب ميزان.
اكتب كلمة «حذف» في الحقل، ثم اضغط حذف حساب ميزان.
أثبت أنك صاحب الحساب: برمز التحقق بخطوتين إن كان مفعّلًا، وإلا برمز يصل إلى رقمك.
يُحذف الحساب فورًا، ويخرج من كل أجهزتك.
الطريقة الثانية: بطلب إلينا
إن لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق (مثلًا حذفته أو نسيت كلمة المرور):
راسلنا على واتساب، ويفضَّل من رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك.
اكتب أنك تريد حذف حساب ميزان، واذكر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المسجّل فيه.
نتحقق أن الحساب لك، وقد نطلب لذلك تأكيدًا إضافيًا.
نحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام من تأكيد الطلب، ونبلغك بذلك.
قبل أن تحذف: الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. النسخ الاحتياطية على السيرفر تُحذف مع الحساب، فنزّل ما تحتاجه منها أولًا. وأي مدة متبقية في باقتك تسقط ولا تُسترد.

ما الذي يبقى
سجل أمني مختصر بالأحداث (مثل «أُنشئ الحساب» و«حُذف الحساب»)، يبقى لإثبات ما تم ولحماية الخدمة. لا يحتوي على اسمك أو بريدك أو هاتفك ولا على أي بيانات مالية، ومرتبط بمعرّف عشوائي لم يعد يدل عليك بعد الحذف.
سجلات المعاملات المالية مجهّلة مدة الاحتفاظ (5 سنوات): المبالغ والتواريخ ومراجع بوابة الدفع وأرقام الطلبات فقط، تحت معرّف عشوائي جديد مع بصمة أحادية الاتجاه لرقم الهاتف، دون اسم أو رقم ظاهر، حتى يطابق الدعم نزاعًا إن ذكرت رقمك. تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد المدة.
الموزّعون: من عليه مبلغ لميزان مقابل كروت لا يحذف حسابه من التطبيق؛ يحذفه الدعم، ويبقى سجل المبلغ مجهّلًا كما سبق.
أكواد التفعيل التي استعملتها تبقى معلّمة «مستعملة» بنفس المعرّف العشوائي، حتى لا تُستعمل مرة أخرى.
الرسائل التي أرسلناها إلى بريدك تبقى في صندوق بريدك، وقد يحتفظ مزوّد البريد بسجل إرسالها لمدة محدودة وفق سياسته.
بياناتك على الهاتف
حذف الحساب لا يمس ما على هاتفك: الأشخاص والديون والحسابات والحركات تبقى في التطبيق حتى تحذفها أنت. نحن لا نملك نسخة منها.
لحذفها كلها: الإعدادات ← حذف جميع البيانات، ثم اكتب «حذف» للتأكيد. أو احذف التطبيق من هاتفك.
إن أردت الاحتفاظ بها فاحفظ نسخة احتياطية في ملف قبل ذلك.
This page is for the “Mizan” app by Electronics Technology Group. You can delete your Mizan account and everything kept for it on our server in either of two ways. A Mizan account is optional: if you use the app without one, we hold nothing for you on our server, and all your data is on your phone (see Your data on the phone).
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
Open Mizan and sign in to your account.
Tap Settings, then Account & devices.
Tap Delete Mizan account.
Type the word DELETE in the field, then tap Delete Mizan account.
Prove the account is yours: your two-step PIN if it is on, otherwise a code sent to your number.
The account is deleted at once and signed out of all your devices.
Option 2: ask us
If you cannot get into the app (for example, you deleted it or forgot your password):
Message us on WhatsApp, preferably from the phone number on your account.
Say that you want your Mizan account deleted, and give the email address or phone number on the account.
We check that the account is yours, and we may ask for extra confirmation.
We delete the account within 7 days of confirming the request, and let you know.
Before you delete: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your backups on our server are deleted with the account, so download any you need first. Any time left on your plan is lost and not refunded.

What is kept
A short security log of events (such as “account created” and “account deleted”), kept as a record of what happened and to protect the service. It holds no name, email, phone number or financial data, and it is tied to a random identifier that no longer points to you after deletion.
Records of money transactions, anonymised, for the retention period (5 years): only amounts, dates, payment-gateway references and order numbers, under a new random identifier with a one-way hash of the phone number, with no name or visible number, so support can match a dispute if you give your number. Deleted automatically when the period ends.
Distributors: one who owes Mizan for cards cannot delete their account in the app; support deletes it, and the amount stays on record, anonymised, as above.
Activation codes you redeemed stay marked “used” under the same random identifier, so they cannot be used again.
Emails we sent you stay in your mailbox, and our email provider may keep a delivery log for a limited time under its own policy.
Your data on the phone
Deleting the account does not touch what is on your phone: people, debts, accounts and transactions stay in the app until you delete them. We have no copy of them.
To delete all of it: Settings → Delete all data, then type DELETE to confirm. Or delete the app from your phone.
If you want to keep it, save a backup to a file first.
